Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years designing or architecting large-scale systems.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related experience.
• 1+ years building multi-tiered, distributed software systems using languages such as C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• Experience programming with at least one programming language.
• Strong fluency in Generative AI including LLMs, fine-tuning, RLHF, RAG, and AI trade-offs.
• 3+ years SDLC experience including code reviews, version control, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic platform components with GenAI/ML to deliver low-latency advertiser experiences.
• Build scalable systems processing millions of data points with cost-efficient resource use.
• Develop conversational AI and natural language interactions for advertiser bidding guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions across the ad ecosystem.
• Identify and fix root causes with permanent improvements to tooling and processes.
• Write clean, maintainable code with thorough documentation and reviews.
• Mentor engineers and train new teammates on system architecture and operations.
