• 2+ years of industrial R&D deploying large-scale ML models and safety-critical algorithms.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or JAX).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic research and engineering initiatives in AI safety, alignment, and model reliability with ADAS applications.
• Advance generative world models, simulation frameworks, and physical reasoning to evaluate edge cases.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams to transfer safety frameworks into production pipelines.
• Implement safety validation, OOD detection, failure mode analysis, and uncertainty estimation.
• Monitor foundation models and safety research, presenting at top conferences and publishing findings.
• Provide technical counsel to leadership to guide R&D roadmaps and patent growth in trustworthy AI.
