Job summary

Innovaccer invites a Principal AI Researcher to lead production‑grade AI systems, including LLM‑based solutions, AI agents, RAG, and intelligent automation workflows. You’ll design, prototype, and deploy end‑to‑end AI products, collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams.

The role emphasizes hands‑on development, experimentation at scale, and translating research into reliable, measurable business impact across healthcare data platforms.

Qualifications

• First‑author publications at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/ACL/EMNLP or similar.
• Meaningful open‑source ML contributions or research internship at an AI lab.
• Experience fine‑tuning open‑weight models and selecting tuning methods.

Responsibilities

• Shape and ship production‑level AI systems from prototype to deployment.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams on AI workflows.
• Design experiments, form hypotheses, run ablations, and report results objectively.
• Mentor or guide other engineers as the team grows.
