Archiboost AI in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Lead AI Research Engineer to define and drive the core intelligence behind the platform. You will work on geometry understanding, BIM parsing, and semantic reasoning over regulatory codes to power compliance and design validation.

You will lead research from prototype to production, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product teams to ship cutting-edge AI features for the AEC industry. This is an in-office role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ML/AI research or applied research engineering experience.
• Strong publication record or equivalent industry research output.
• Deep expertise in at least one: computer vision, geometric ML, NLP, or multimodal learning.
• Experience taking research from prototype to production.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX).
