Job summary

FAR.AI is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Red Team to own the engineering stack, build scalable red-teaming tooling, and lead a growing elite team. You will work with frontier labs and governments to test safeguards and raise security standards across AI systems.

You will blend hands-on coding (≈40%) with high-velocity people management (≈60%), guiding sprint execution, hiring, and platform strategy to accelerate safety research and public-impact deployments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in software engineering, AI, or related field.
• Experience managing and growing technical teams is preferred.
• Ability to design and scale red-teaming tooling and workflows.
