Job summary

Crosby seeks a Product Manager in New York, NY to own a core AI product end to end, supporting internal lawyers and external customers daily. You will drive the product direction, design and operate the evaluation infrastructure, and partner closely with lawyers to surface what good looks like and what to automate next.

The role requires technical fluency, a bias for shipping under ambiguity, and a track record in scaling AI-driven products in legal or similarly complex domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with AI/ML-powered products in early-to-mid stage environments.
• AI product depth with experience evaluating model behavior and tradeoffs.
• Detail-oriented with domain knowledge of legal contracts workflows through collaboration with lawyers.
• Startup DNA: thrives in ambiguity, urgency, and fast-moving early-stage settings.
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering on architecture and eval infrastructure.
• Bias to action and ownership for outcomes, not just deliverables.
• Experience collaborating with domain experts in legal, medical, financial, or scientific fields.
• Experience scaling a product from early stage to growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive product direction: own the vision, roadmap, and product surface for the redlining product from 0 to 1 and scale across contract types.
• Own the evaluation system: design and operate infrastructure to measure product improvements and rationale.
• Partner with lawyers: collaborate with internal legal team and design partners to surface what good looks like and what to automate next.
• Define and analyze metrics: translate quality, automation, and customer outcomes into measurable signals for product direction.
• Champion velocity: move quickly under ambiguity—ship, learn, and iterate every quarter.
