Crosby is an AI-native law firm redefining legal throughput by blending human judgment with automation. We are seeking an Operations professional to scale the best law firm ever built, owning end-to-end processes and optimizing complex workflows.

You will work in person with a team that values precision, pace, and reinvention, designing and deploying playbooks, training systems, and client success mechanisms as Crosby grows.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, finance, or a similarly analytical environment.
• Ability to own complex systems or projects end-to-end in high-stakes settings.
• Interest in working in-person with a precision-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Own mission-critical workflows blending human and machine to deliver work faster/finer.
• Design and implement new operational processes from scoping to rollout across delivery, quality control, training, and client success.
• Partner with product and engineering to prototype and deploy internal tools that increase throughput and reduce error.
• Define and operationalize Crosby’s evolving playbooks, training systems, and incentives as we scale.
