Job summary

Uber is seeking a vision-driven Product Manager to turn Gen AI breakthroughs into daily delight for riders, eaters, and drivers. You will partner with Eng/DS/Design to translate fuzzy user pain into measurable features and ship rapidly.

In this role, you will stay ahead of AI trends, iterate on product ideas, and own end-to-end launches. This requires 10+ years of PM experience with ML, and elite written and verbal communications.

The Applied AI team at Uber is a multidisciplinary team of ML Engineers, Applied Scientists, Backend Engineers, Mobile Engineers and AI Product Managers responsible for developing compelling AI-driven user-facing experiences, and leading innovation in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Personalization & Recommendations, and Generative AI Applications-at global scale. We need a vision-driven PM to turn Gen AI breakthroughs into daily delight.

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of Product Management experience delivering highly successful ML products. Experience launching Gen AI applications or agentic systems, from initial conception to launch, is highly preferred.

MS in CS/Eng (or equivalent); can spar technically without blinking.

Data-driven driver-clarity, collaboration, and ruthless prioritization.

Elite written & verbal comms; mission-aligned.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $216,000 per year - USD $240,000 per year.

For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $216,000 per year - USD $240,000 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
