Job summary

P-1 AI Inc. is building Archie, an AI engineer for the physical world, and seeks a product leader to refine the vision into a focused roadmap.

You will work with the CEO to translate customer workflows into actionable plans and balance capability with real-world deployment. You will embed with customers, specify features with engineering, drive product architecture, and lead a world-class team while staying hands-on in discovery, design, and delivery across data center, automotive, and aerospace

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of engineering design for complex systems.
• Deep familiarity with AI models, evals, and failure modes.

Responsibilities

• Refine and translate the product vision into an actionable roadmap.
• Embed with customers and inject use cases into the roadmap.
• Develop feature specifications and requirements with engineering teams.
• Drive overall product architecture with engineering leaders.
• Lead product from emerging AI capability to trusted, sustained use in real environments.
• Build and lead a world-class product team while staying hands-on with discovery, design, and delivery.
