Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Lead AI/ML Solutions Architect in the United States (Virginia) to design and deploy enterprise AI systems, including Generative AI and ML ops, across cloud platforms. You will mentor teams and advise senior leaders on strategy while maintaining secure, compliant offerings.

The role emphasizes hands-on prototyping, rapid demos, and deep collaboration with CTO-level stakeholders, balancing innovation with risk management and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading end-to-end AI programs and architecture.
• Experience developing AI/ML roadmaps and defensible tradeoff decisions.
• Experience advising senior leadership on CTO-aligned strategy.
• Experience deploying AI systems including Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, RL, and CV.
• Experience scaling secure MLOps and CI/CD in regulated environments.
• Ability to apply cloud/engineering across AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm, Linux, and AI services.
• Strong communication with senior leaders while remaining hands-on for prototyping.
