Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT or cybersecurity and 5+ years software engineering.
• Solid Python backend development with AI/ML exposure.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and autonomous workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design secure AI/ML pipelines for model evaluation, deployment and inference.
• Secure AI coding agents and autonomous development workflows.
• Develop guardrails for AI-assisted software platforms.
• Establish an Agentic Development Lifecycle security framework.
• Assess risks involving models, agents, prompts, datasets and AI apps.
• Develop Python automation for AI/ML security and integrate into CI/CD.
