Qualifications

• 12+ years experience with Bachelor's, or 10+ with Master's, or 6+ with PhD
• Expertise in AI/ML, NLP, LLMs; strong Python/R
• Experience with cloud-based analytics environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and proposals

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML model development and NLP systems.
