Responsibilities

• Develop AI approaches for healthcare data.
• Build and evaluate ML models in distributed environments.
• Design experiments, analyze data, and visualize results.

• Ensure compliance with Responsible Use of AI standards.
• Document code, models, and contribute to patents and publications.
• Collaborate on MLOps pipelines with engineering teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• MS in computer science or related field with 5+ years of AI/ML experience, or PhD with 2+ years.
• Proficiency in Python, ML methods, deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, NLP, Spark, Snowflake, GitHub, and strong technical communication skills.

Additional Details

Salary range: $106,800 - $194,200 annually, based on experience and location. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentives, stock options, and 401k.
