Job summary

NLP PEOPLE is seeking a highly skilled AI Professional to lead transformative initiatives in Data and AI in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Data Analysis, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP), with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

This role demands collaboration with various stakeholders to develop innovative AI-driven solutions and to deploy machine learning models into production. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required, alongside involvement in agentic architectures and conversational AI applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Data Analysis, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
• At least 5 years in machine learning or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience in developing Conversational AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to conceive innovative solutions for new system implementations.
• Develop test plans and manage projects within the assigned scope of work.
• Deploy trained models into production environments.
