Job summary

Doceree is hiring a senior Data Science Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered platforms and agent-based workflows. The role focuses on LLM-powered pipelines, retrieval over healthcare data, and scalable production systems for pharma branding teams.

You will collaborate with data scientists, product, and platform engineering to move prototypes to daily brand-manager briefs, balancing innovation with regulatory compliance and reliability.

Qualifications

• PhD/Master/Engineering degree in CS/AI/Statistics or related field.
• 6–12 years of software engineering and AI/ML experience.
• 2–3+ years building production LLM, generative AI, or agent-based apps.
• Strong Python programming and cloud-native API development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI-powered capabilities for Daily Command platform from prototype to production.
• Design, build, and ship production-grade LLM and agentic AI systems.
• Develop RAG systems using clinical signals, campaign data, and partner datasets.
• Create agentic workflows with robust guardrails and multi-step reasoning.
• Establish monitoring, observability, and evaluation for production AI.
• Decide on model selection, vendor partnerships, and build-vs-buy tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to scale solutions.
• Deploy AI capabilities via APIs and reusable platform components on AWS.
• Lead AI initiatives and mentor team members; shape long-term AI roadmap.
• Stay current with LLMs, agents, and AI infrastructure advances.
