You will lead a team of engineers and researchers, set technical strategy, mentor talent, and collaborate with product teams to align AI roadmaps with business goals. Experience with MLOps and cloud deployments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, AI, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in NLP, with a proven specialization in machine translation systems.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, managing technical teams.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with NLP libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with MLOps practices and deploying models to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent understanding of linguistic theories and computational models of language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced NLP models, focusing on machine translation, text summarization, sentiment analysis, and question answering.
