Job summary

TRANZACT is seeking an AI Engineering leader based in Fort Lee, NJ, to design and scale its Conversational & Composable AI stack. This role requires leading systems-level architecture and execution focused on real-time voice AI solutions. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in ML/AI and engineering, combined with a strong background in Python and production voice solutions. The compensation includes a $250,000 salary with additional bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in applied ML/AI or realtime distributed systems.
• Experience leading production LLM/voice solutions.
• Hands-on fine-tuning experience in ML systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the end-to-end Conversational AI platform.
• Architect low-latency streaming pipelines and telephony integrations.
• Lead vendor benchmarking and make build/buy/insource recommendations.
