Job summary

Nyla Technology Solutions seeks a Lead AI / NLP Engineer to architect and deploy NLP/NER models for LLM solutions, focusing on agentic AI frameworks and dynamic knowledge extraction. You will lead end-to-end model training, validation, and deployment across multilingual, unstructured data streams.

Required is extensive experience in data science or software engineering, plus a deep understanding of enterprise compliance and governance to ensure secure, compliant AI solutions for U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years in data science, NLP, or software engineering, OR Associate’s degree with 12+ years of specialized experience.
• Extensive NLP/NER model training and validation experience.
• Experience with multilingual data and no predefined ontology for knowledge extraction.

Responsibilities

• Train and deploy NLP/NER models for LLM solutions and agentic AI frameworks.
• Lead supervised and unsupervised model training and validation workflows.
• Integrate multilingual data sources and ensure data quality for training datasets.
• Ensure enterprise compliance, governance, and end-user accessibility.
