Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of AI/ML systems from conception to production
• Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and researchers
• Define technical strategy and roadmap for AI initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Establish best practices for AI development, testing, and deployment
• Drive innovation in areas such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Expert knowledge of modern AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Strong background in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
• Experience with large-scale ML systems and MLOps
• Proven track record of leading successful AI projects
• Excellence in Python and related AI/ML tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation and Benefits

The Salary range for this position is $175,000.00 per year. Pay is based on several
factors including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience,
certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package including healthcare, 401k, and paid time off
