Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Enabled Search on Homes.com. Lead the evolution of AI-powered home discovery, focusing on typeahead, relevance, filters, and map layers while leveraging AI and LLMs to enhance user experience.

Role requires coordinating with ML initiatives and analytics teams to optimize engagement and conversion. The position is in-office, with a strong emphasis on shaping product strategy and delivering consumer-focused search improvements across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital Product Management experience with a focus on consumer search.
• Experience designing and managing the search experience for heavily visited consumer sites/apps.
• Knowledge of filtering, sorting, search result relevance, and map functionality.
• Experience defining product requirements and launching enhancements to meet customer needs.
• Experience with consumer engagement data analytics.
• Experience collaborating with software development teams, tech managers, and UX designers to ship features.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience creating wireframes & mockups to visually convey product ideas.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the search experience across the site for homes, schools, neighborhoods, and agents.
• Own and drive product strategy and roadmap for Homes AI features across Homes.com.
• Apply AI-based search concepts including LLMs, NLP, and conversational search.
• Identify opportunities to connect Homes AI with our ML roadmap to improve search, personalization, and engagement.
• Drive end-to-end feature development: write user stories, prioritize releases, manage roadmaps, create release notes.
• Influence and manage the product roadmap for your product area.
• Define analytics and KPIs to continuously improve search experience.
• Solicit user feedback to refine the user experience.
