Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Enabled Search at Homes.com in the United States. Lead the evolution of Homes AI to improve home discovery and search quality, leveraging large language models and NLP.

You will own strategy, define requirements, and drive end-to-end delivery while collaborating with engineers, designers and analysts. The role requires deep expertise in consumer search, strong communication, and hands-on roadmap ownership in a fast-paced, office-based

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital Product Management experience with focus on consumer search experiences
• Expertise in designing and managing search experiences for heavily visited consumer sites/apps
• Knowledge of filtering, sorting, search relevance, map functionality
• Experience defining requirements and launching enhancements to meet customer needs
• Experience with consumer engagement data analytics
• History shipping features with software teams, managers and UX designers
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience creating wireframes & mockups to convey product ideas
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/college and a track record of commitment

Responsibilities

• Lead the search experience across Homes.com (homes, schools, neighborhoods, agents)
• Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Homes AI features
• Define AI-based search functionality using LLMS and natural language processing
• Connect Homes AI with ML roadmap to boost personalization and engagement
• Drive feature development from user stories to releases and release notes
• Influence and manage the product roadmap for your area
• Define analytics and KPIs to improve search experience
• Solicit user feedback to refine the user experience
