Job summary
Navaide is seeking a Lead AI & Data Analytics Engineer to modernize federal acquisition processes. You will steer AI-enabled analytics using Palantir Foundry, Advana, Jupiter, and Databricks, interfacing with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
The role emphasizes end-to-end data products, governance, and responsible AI, with cloud-native architectures and performance-minded delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data analytics, data engineering, or analytics product development.
- Experience building analytics products in Palantir Foundry.
- Experience with Advana, Jupiter, or similar federal data environments.
- Strong SQL and Python skills; TS/JS experience helpful.
- Hands-on with modern data platforms and data integration.
- Experience applying AI/ML/NLP to business data.
- Knowledge of data governance and responsible AI practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and delivery of AI-enabled analytics products for acquisition and contracting.
- Build data products, dashboards, and analytical apps using Foundry and Power Platform.
- Integrate data across sources and connect to Palantir Foundry/Power Platform environments.
- Develop data pipelines and analytics layers using Databricks, SQL, Python, PySpark.
- Lead stakeholder discussions and translate business problems into data solutions.
