• 8+ years of engineering experience with production LLM applications.
• Expert-level Python and experience with MCP/A2A protocols.
• Deep experience with LangChain, Langfuse, and AWS Bedrock.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Core team and set technical direction for Compass.
• Architect multi-agent systems and own MCP/A2A integrations.
• Own agent orchestration, evaluation, and observability.
