Job summary

Vizient seeks an experienced automation leader to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade intelligent automation using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath. You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, modernize processes, and deliver scalable, measurable outcomes.

As a technical leader, you will mentor teams, enforce governance, and drive best practices, with a focus on security, reliability and maintainability across complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7+ years designing and supporting enterprise automation.
• 5+ years using Microsoft Power Platform stack.
• 3+ years with UiPath Studio/Orchestrator.
• Experience in scalable automation in complex enterprises.
• Strong governance, security and best-practices knowledge.
• Experience integrating automation with APIs, databases and cloud services.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, development and deployment of intelligent automation.
• Serve as SME for governance, scalability, and solution optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
• Develop and maintain solutions using Power Platform, UiPath and related tech.
• Drive modernization initiatives turning manual processes into scalable solutions.
• Lead delivery activities: design, development, testing, deployment, support.
• Ensure automation adheres to security, reliability and performance standards.
• Integrate platforms with APIs, databases, cloud services and enterprise apps.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in workflows and platform performance.
• Manage projects, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and analytics to improve visibility.
