Job summary

Accurate Background is seeking a Lead AI Architect to drive enterprise AI strategy and scale AI capabilities across the organization. You will define standards, patterns, and guardrails for responsible AI, leading a team building reusable AI platforms and production-ready solutions.

You will guide AI-DLC practices, establish an AI lab, and collaborate with leaders to deliver AI use cases that boost efficiency and measurable value. This role demands cloud maturity and GenAI expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years software engineering, solution/enterprise architecture, cloud architecture, and/or AI architecture experience.
• Experience with AWS/Azure AI-native PaaS and model providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for AI-enabled solutions, including agents, tools, and GenAI apps.
• Define enterprise AI architecture standards and reusable patterns.
• Establish AI Center of Excellence standards for scalable, secure AI adoption.
• Architect a lab for experimentation, prototyping, evaluation, and rapid iteration.
• Define AI-DLC practices including governance, deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
