Job summary

Synechron is seeking a GenAI Architect in Charlotte, NC to lead AI/ML architecture and strategy for enterprise clients. You will design end-to-end AI solutions, integrate LLMs and RAG frameworks, and drive scalable deployments across cloud platforms.

Ideal candidates have strong experience with Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, and major AI/ML frameworks, plus governance and observability skills. This role offers a competitive package with regional benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/ML architecture and strategy in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions including LLMs and RAG frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI/ML architecture and roadmap.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions including data ingestion and model deployment.
• Lead integration of LLMs and RAG frameworks with governance and observability.
• Develop and deliver cutting-edge AI/ML solutions with scalable deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for AI including model versioning and monitoring.
