Job summary

Poesis AI is looking for an Agents Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership for AI-driven investment solutions. You will design and build agent-driven workflows, improving performance and reliability of autonomous agents, and work in a hybrid model with 3 days on-site in Menlo Park, California.

The ideal candidate has experience in software development for AI applications and will be part of a collaborative team driving innovative financial intelligence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building software at a frontier AI lab, agentic startup, or tech company.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with knowledge of TypeScript, Go, or Rust a plus.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying multi-agent systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across the agent platform.
• Design and build agent-driven workflows and internal systems.
• Establish patterns and infrastructure for reliable agent deployment.
