Job summary

InnerPlant is seeking an Agronomy Services Lead to drive field trials for our CropVoice platform across Iowa and eastern Nebraska. You will work with contract research partners, farmers, retailers, seed dealers, and researchers, and lead a growing agronomy services team with a focus on corn and soybean production.

Qualifications

• BS in agronomy, crop science, or related field; MS/PhD preferred.
• 7+ years in field research, agronomy services, seed production in corn/soybean.
• Experience designing and executing field trials with protocol development and data quality management.
• Knowledge of seed production, supply ops, contracting, conditioning, QA, and logistics.
• Willingness to travel extensively; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute field trials across Nebraska and Iowa networks.
• Own production planning, contracting, conditioning, QA, and inventory of seed.
• Lead agronomy experts; support disease management and farmer engagement.
• Build scalable SOPs and vendor relationships; hire and lead field team.
