Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in agriculture or related field or 5 years of field experience in farming.
• Experience with tractors, combines, or heavy field equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, record data, and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field work with temporary staff to ensure high-quality, safe operations.
• Assist planting, data recording, harvesting, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee field and greenhouse plants, manage pest monitoring and phenotyping.
• Assist in experiments at other sites and maintain inventory of supplies.
