B.H. Inc. is seeking a full-time Aggregates and Paving Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates for base and paving projects. The role is based in North Salt Lake or Ogden, Utah and emphasizes teamwork, strong ethics, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering or equivalent construction experience.
• 3–5 years of Aggregates and Paving estimating experience is required.
• Ability to build relationships with subcontractors and owners.
• Familiarity with bid invitations, takeoffs, estimating software, plans/spec reviews.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for base and paving projects.
• Perform takeoffs and pricing for base layers, asphalt paving, and related tasks.
• Learn estimating processes and software used by the company.
