Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of aggregate-related experience; strong reading, radio/phone communication, and basic Windows skills are essential.

The wage range is $28–$31 per hour, with growth opportunities within CRH’s national network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aggregate loads according to specifications.
