V2X Inc in Indianapolis seeks a Principal Agentic AI Engineer to lead the design and implementation of advanced agentic AI architectures and autonomous decision-making systems within the Software Department. The role requires deep expertise in ML, data pipelines, and scalable AI deployments for mission-critical contexts.

The candidate will guide senior engineers, translate complex requirements into practical AI solutions, and ensure safety and reliability in AI-driven systems for DoD customers

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, CS or related STEM field.
U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead design and integration of agentic AI architectures and autonomous decision-making systems.
Develop scalable AI pipelines, simulation frameworks, and experimentation environments.
Translate mission needs into technical system requirements and roadmaps.
Collaborate with DoD customers and international partners; communicate trade-offs clearly.
