Job summary

Brains & Motion Education (BAM!) is seeking a Lead Program Instructor to guide afternoon enrichment and support daily site operations. You will lead dynamic K–8 activities, mentor staff, and partner with the Site Director to ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced after-school setting.

This part-time role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and effective communication with families and school partners while delivering engaging STEM, arts, and sports experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with K–8 youth in school, after-school, camp, recreation, or enrichment settings.
• Capable of leading, mentoring, and supporting instructional staff.
• Strong classroom management and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy K–8 activities across STEM, arts, and sports.
• Partner with the Site Director to manage daily operations and documentation.
• Mentor instructors and monitor activity quality across classrooms.
• Maintain open communication with parents, school partners, and program managers.
