Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Lead After-School Coach at The KéKAY Kids Club located in Raleigh, NC. The Lead After-School Coach will be responsible for planning and executing after-school programming, supervising and engaging students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment, and collaborating with other staff members to ensure the success of the program.

Qualifications

  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or working with children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of child development and behavior management techniques
  • Experience in education or youth development is a plus
  • A background in sports, arts, or recreational activities is beneficial
  • Must know how to connect with children
