Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or shop operations.
• 5+ years of aerospace experience in brazing and welding processes.
• Experience programming or supporting automated joining systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for advanced brazing and welding processes.
• Develop, validate, and implement new welding and brazing technologies.
• Lead capital equipment projects from specification to production.
