CU Boulder’s LASP seeks a Senior QA Engineer to provide planning, leadership, and supervisory quality assurance expertise to flight hardware development within the Safety & Mission Assurance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent.
• Ten years of QA experience in an aerospace environment.
• Experience with quality systems and audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintains NASA and IPC certifications for workmanship inspections.
• Generates high level quality planning documents for programs and the LASP QMS.
• Oversees anomaly review boards and provides guidance.
• Audits and evaluates vendor and subcontractor performance.
• Represents LASP as QA contact on programs and contracts.
• Trains personnel on LASP engineering processes and QA practices.
