You will source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts for metals, tooling, and components, coordinating with Quality and Engineering to meet program timelines. The role demands independent decision-making, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with FAR/DFARS and ISO9001/AS9100 frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of hands-on procurement experience in regulated industries or manufacturing.
• Experience with aerospace materials such as metals, propellant chemicals, adhesives, insulators, and tooling.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex contracts independently.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the entire procurement process from sourcing to payment.
• Negotiate and manage complex contracts for metals, MRO, aerospace materials, and services.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to develop procurement requirements and terms.
• Drive cost-saving strategies, lead time improvements, and supplier rationalization.
• Ensure on-time delivery and spend management across multiple commodities.
• Travel up to 15% as needed.
