SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for the coordination, supervision, and provision of high quality services to identified patient populations including triage and discharge, inpatient management, and consult patient management. Responsible for quality oversight and standardization of care for the service area. Provides hands-on clinical patient care as a Clinician.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Master?s degree
  • Three (3) year of APP experience required
  • Currently licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner, Midwife, or Physician Assistant by State of employment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Two (2) years leadership experience preferred.
