Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field with 2 years' experience in data analytics.
• Alternatively, 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify key challenges and develop analytics-driven hypotheses and research plans.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced data models and algorithms to support business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end project workstreams, including prototype development, testing, and validation of analytics solutions.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to inform functional initiatives and decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver consultative analytics solutions aligned with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
