A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Lead Adult Neuropsychologist to oversee clinical services in their outpatient clinic. The role involves supervising trainees, managing case assignments, and engaging in quality improvement efforts. A teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School (HMS), CHA has a full-time opening for a Lead Adult Neuropsychologist in the Outpatient Neuropsychology and Psychological Assessment Clinic (NAPA) within the Department of Psychiatry.
CHA includes three hospital campuses and an integrated network of outpatient care practices in Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston’s Metro North Region. It serves a diverse population. The NAPA clinic provides outpatient/inpatient care for adult patients with neurological, medical, psychiatric, and developmental disorders. The Psychology Division combines clinical care with academic engagement and training programs, including practicum students, interns, and postdoctoral fellows. HMS academic appointments are available based on qualifications.
The Lead Adult Neuropsychologist will oversee NAPA (6 hours weekly) and provide direct clinical services. Responsibilities include supervising evaluations and treatments by trainees, participating in training activities, and engaging in quality improvement efforts to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
Applicants must hold a doctorate in clinical psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited program, have completed an APA/CPA-accredited predoctoral internship and a two-year postdoctoral neuropsychology fellowship. They must be licensed in Massachusetts and be board-certified or eligible. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits.
