LIFE Endocrinology seeks a founding Chief Medical Director to build and lead the adult endocrinology division. The role offers remote-first flexibility with national reach and meaningful influence over clinical direction.

You will oversee complex endocrine care, design care pathways, and collaborate with families and high-performing adults in a physician-led, autonomous environment.

This is a founding leadership opportunity for an Adult Endocrinologist to build and lead this new vertical with the full support of an experienced, mission-aligned organization.

The Role

You will serve as the Chief Medical Director for LIFE's adult endocrinology division, caring for adults with complex and nuanced endocrine needs, including:

• Thyroid disorders

• Diabetes including Type 1, Type 2, and complex insulin management

• Metabolic health and weight management

• Hormonal optimization and endocrine longevity

• Adrenal and pituitary disorders

• Practicing integrative endocrinology

You will have the freedom to practice integrative endocrinology by blending gold-standard medicine with nutrition, lifestyle, and longitudinal strategy, without fighting systems that penalize thoughtful care.
