Job summary
Henkel's Adhesive Technologies Engineering team in Rocky Hill, CT, is seeking a dedicated professional for full-time technical support, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting of adhesive solutions. Ideal candidates hold a chemistry/materials/engineering degree with 3+ years of adhesive experience, strong communication, and analytical skills.
Travel to customer sites and collaboration with focus market teams are expected to drive customer value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related engineering field; MBA a plus.
- ≥3 years of experience, preferably with adhesives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to train and present.
- Analytical, problem‑solving and collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide product recommendations, demos, and troubleshooting for customers.
- Consult with customers on solutions and value creation for use cases.
- Support customers and sales teams via in-person, virtual, email, and calls.
- Travel for customer trials/validation and collaborate with market teams.
