Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Stat Programmer with ADaM and TLF expertise to lead programming activities for clinical trials. You will develop complex datasets and outputs, ensure QA, and support regulatory submissions in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor teams, drive timelines, and collaborate with statisticians, data managers, and sponsors to deliver high-quality results while maintaining strict documentation and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years programming experience in Clinical SAS.
• Strong ADaM & TLF experience, regulatory submissions preferred.
• Experience mentoring other programmers and collaborating with teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop SAS programs to generate tables, listings and graphs per SAP and programming specs.
• Perform validation programming and resolve discrepancies with statisticians.
• Lead programming activities and monitor progress across projects.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure inspection readiness.
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and risk mitigation with management.
• Mentor junior programmers and contribute to training materials.
• Interface with sponsor meetings and contribute to CDISC standardization.
