Job summary

Gundersen Health System in Wisconsin is seeking a Manager, Acute Care Pharmacy to lead development, implementation, and advancement of acute care clinical programs and pharmacy operations.

You will ensure safe medication-use systems, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes across acute care services, serving as a clinical expert and operational leader aligned with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Pharmacist license to practice in the state of employment ( Wisconsin preferred).
• 3–5 years progressive leadership experience; 1–3 years hospital pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and advancement of acute care clinical programs and pharmacy operations.
• Support safe and efficient medication-use systems, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and clinical outcomes across acute care services.
• Serve as a clinical expert, operational leader, and department resource while aligning with Gundersen Health System mission and values.
