A One Act Comedy/dramedy Play, written by Kyri Myel Colson, directed by Brittany Vi-King, with dramaturgy by Octavia Washington, produced by Kira Harris and Melissa d’ Arabian.
This is a non-AEA project developed at Columbia University School of the Arts for 2nd Year MFA students, under the guidance of Anne Bogart, Brian Kulick, and Lynn Nottage. SAG-AFTRA actors are eligible.
About the Project:
Looking for a Black Male actor with Tap Dance and Jazz training.
Synopsis: During a frostbitten winter, two black local Philadelphian comedians fight for a chance at stardom to avoid the pressures of the impending housing crisis impacting their daily lives.
