Summary:

The Lead Community Life (Activity) Team Member plays a vital role in the success of Vincentian’s Community Life Department. The candidate will assist with planning and coordinating daily departmental operations by implementing quality programs, conducting one-to-one visits, facilitating sensory/environmental stimulation, and engaging in intergenerational programs and spaces for residents, children, students, families, staff, and visitors across personal care, independent living, and long-term or skilled rehabilitation services.

The Team Lead must be committed to providing high-quality services aimed at enhancing residents' lives, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle, and supporting the eight dimensions of wellness to ensure program success. Candidates should be tech-savvy, interested in researching and implementing technology-based solutions for individual and community engagement and process improvements.

The Lead Team Member will also foster academic partnerships, community collaborations, and develop creative arts programming. The ideal candidate is dynamic, dedicated to excellence, and passionate about creating memorable experiences.
