Job summary
Rapid Bath Remodel is seeking an experienced Bathroom Remodeler / Lead Installer to join our team in the Portland, Oregon area. You will install tubs, showers, wall systems, and bathroom fixtures in residential homes, while representing the company professionally in customerse20s homes.
Qualified candidates have extensive bathroom remodeling experience, own tools and transportation, and are comfortable driving to multiple worksites.
Qualifications
- Experience in bathroom remodeling or construction required.
- Proficient with plumbing, carpentry, tile, or acrylic systems.
- Must have own hand tools and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must have valid drivers license and be willing to travel to worksites.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs in residential settings.
- Willing to undergo a background check.
Responsibilities
- Install tubs, showers, wall systems, and bathroom fixtures.
- Demolition and preparation for new installations.
- Ensure installations meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Document all steps from start to finish and provide regular photo updates to our internal support staff.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners during the installation process.
- Complete projects efficiently with high craftsmanship.
