Job summary

Under direction, you will handle posting, verification, and data entry, and assist with reconciliation of accounts and maintenance of financial records.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in preparation, maintenance, and review/verification of financial records.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Posts revenue, expense, and cash receipt amounts with debits/credits to appropriate accounts.
• Reconciles accounts of moderate complexity by comparing balances with related data.
• Prepares requisitions, vouchers, and balance statements; prepares reports.
• Maintains files of accounting/statistical data and performs routine inquiries.
