Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Lead Accounting Analyst in White Plains, NY for a full-time onsite role. You will own key accounting operations, support the monthly close, and drive accuracy in financial reporting.

You'll prepare journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and analyze P&L variances while partnering with business leaders. Advanced Excel and GAAP proficiency are essential; CPA/MBA preferred and Sage 100 experience a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Sage 100 is a plus.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the monthly close process.
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement analyses.
• Perform detailed P&L reviews and provide variance analysis to business partners.
• Support annual audits and help strengthen internal controls and accounting processes.
• Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
