State of West Virginia’s Office of Internal Control and Policy Development seeks a lead accountant within the Division of Cost Allocation. You will oversee cost distribution reporting for human services, coordinating data across OSA and WV Oasis systems.

The role requires a degree with accounting hours and four years of professional accounting experience, with substitutions possible for advanced degrees or certifications. This is a full-time, on-site position in the DHHR framework.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours in accounting.
• Four years of professional accounting experience, including statutory/auditing work or related.
• Substitutions: Master's degree can substitute for two years; a West Virginia CPA/license may substitute for training and two years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accountant in the Division of Cost Allocation; complete the human services administrative cost distribution report.
• Allocate administrative costs within the Office of Shared Administration (OSA) to all funds.
• Maintain the OSA central services cost allocation plan and indirect cost rate proposal.
